We have become aware of the specific needs of today’s hairdresser, who is keen to not only improve technical hairdressing ability but also to push creative ideas forward and have the opportunity to be more experimental and artistic. We have also realised that many hairdressing salons are running their own education and training courses, but need help developing their teaching team
